This photo shows the M3 Expansion Module (Item 822) connected to an M3 base unit (Item 821). The module pictured provides Test Points 129-256. You can see from the connector on the far right that another module joins to this one to provide Test Points 257-384.
In this application, two 64-conductor flat cables extend the test points to a special connector panel (not shown) designed by the customer for his particular requirements. You may also attach CAMI CB boards to this module in place of the flat cables. In either case, we recommend that you use our optional PinMap software (Item 708) to map the test points into one of the graphics in our library and create custom pin labels for your fixture.
We can supply pre-assembled and tested sections of flat cable with 64-pin sockets (Item 854) if you would prefer not to build them yourself.
