Build a custom connector interface to your CableEye cable test and management system as shown below. Use standard 64-conductor flat cable and IDC wiremount sockets to attach to the test point banks, or, as in this example, use the CB8 board. This drawing shows a wiring harness interface using our XP1 system, the custom MAP file you would set up with the PinMap™ fixture editor, and the wire list produced when the harness is measured. You may also build a simpler fixture connecting just to Bank 1 (for 64 test points).
