Delivery Time: Most equipment and software in this catalog are stock items and generally will be shipped within two days of the receipt of your order. We will fax an order acknowledgement within 24 hours to confirm availability and ship date. For international orders, we will provide a ProForma invoice on request, itemizing products you specify along with estimated shipping charges.

Services: We generally provide a 1 to 2 business day turn-around for calibration service. Be sure to include a purchase order with the equipment or send it to us in advance to avoid delays. Connector board and tester repairs require 24-48 hours for basic problems. If we find a more complex problem that will require additional time, we will inform you right away. Repairs on equipment under warranty or extended warranty are given priority.

Payment Terms: Purchase orders are accepted with Net 30 terms from established businesses who can provide standard trade and bank references. If you prefer, we will ship COD, or take VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX credit cards. International orders must be prepaid for the first order. Terms may be established for subsequent orders provided credit references from several USA firms are provided.
