With Remote Support we can access and control your CableEye Software on your PC for a faster and more efficient troubleshooting. This service is not monitored; Follow these instructions and email us to schedule this support. Customers who purchase their tester or Product Support Subscription renewal through an International Distributor must contact that distributor for support.

CAMI uses the program TeamViewer to automatically connect to your computer. All you need is to have your computer connected to the internet and running the CableEye Software, then click on the Remote Support button to get the runtime application. Note: No installation is required! Just execute the program and you are all set.
